The system of making boundaries came to existence before many centuries and even in the well known civilizations before thousands of years there were the evidences of boundary markings. From the ancient days till now, boundary laying is considered as an essential and basic to maintain a particular land or property including hills, agricultural fields, lakes, ponds and the sea for marking the separation between one country to another. Hydrographic surveys are termed as surveys conducted in the water levels for geological, governmental or for industrial categories. California hydrographic surveys are mainly framed and focused for surveying engineering, geological purposes, construction of any water based projects like oil mining, industrial or engineering purposes. The marking of boundaries will be done by the experienced and licensed surveyors or planners, who have excellent background and expertise in service. The survey should be carefully done or else, it will lead to boundary dispute in the later years/days. There are only limited and very few experts are available in the country for making hydrographic surveys. Whatever may be location, Sea, land or air, there is certainly a chance of disputes always possible, which can be solved initially by the land surveyor expert witness based on the plans and building approvals.
